Well-situated farm near forest and beach with a total indoor area of 350 m2, consisting of a main house of 230 m2 (10 beds/4 bedrooms) and an insulated and heated activity room of 110 m2 in the farm's old hay loft. In addition, 2,000 m2 of gravel courtyard and 4,000 m2 of garden with many rooms and featuring a wild swimming pool, barrel sauna, shelter and 12-person grill hut. Furthermore, 2 charging stations for electric cars (11 kw AC and 30 kw DC).

The main house of 230 m2 dates from originally 1850 and offers plenty of space with a total of 16 rooms. You get 3 large authentically furnished living rooms (including TV with Chromecast), 4 bedrooms, 1 playroom (with possibility for extra bed on sofa bed), very well-equipped kitchen with among other things Sage Barista Pro espresso machine, Kenwood mixer, blender, fondue and much more, as well as 2 large new bathrooms with underfloor heating established in 2020 and 2022 respectively, plus toilet room. The main house is furnished in original charming style with contemporary furniture and older paintings mainly from the local area. The farm is heated by a new air-to-water heat pump established in 2021. The farm's large 26 kWp solar panel system, located on the roof of one of the farm buildings, contributes significantly to electricity production in a sustainable way. A total of 2 charging stations for hybrid/electric cars are available, respectively a private 11 kw AC charging station (located in the courtyard) and a public 30 kw DC fast charger (located on the west side of the farm building facing the public road) - use via Monta app (the app can advantageously be downloaded before arrival).

Outdoors there is plenty of space. There is a 2,000 m2 gravel courtyard, a covered terrace with 10-12 seats, terrace heater and gas & charcoal grill, an unobstructed uncovered terrace by the garden pond with 10-12 seats, as well as a 4,000 m2 garden divided into several rooms. The garden rooms contain among other things fruit trees, berry bushes and greenhouse with seasonal vegetables. For the children there is a large trampoline with safety net (4.30 meters), 2 x football goals, 2 x seesaws and a huge swing set with five different swings, climbing rope and slide. In addition, there are various children's and adult bicycles as well as mooncars, pedal tractors etc. at your disposal. In the garden there is furthermore a designated area with a new 2.25 meter electric heated wild swimming pool with thermal cover (anno 2023), a 3.5 meter electric heated sauna barrel (anno 2021/2024), outdoor shower with hot water tank, a large 12-person wood-fired grill hut (anno 2022) and shelter with 2 mattresses. A certain amount of firewood is freely available during your stay.

In the farm's old hay loft on the first floor, a 110 m2 insulated and heated (2 x air-to-air heat pumps) activity room was established in autumn 2023 (expanded winter 2026). Here you will find pool table, table football, air hockey, 2 x darts (standard/electronic), shuffleboard, poker table (6 seats), craft table (8 seats and 1 Trip Trap junior chair), LEGO, toys, board and card games, TV and projector with Chromecast as well as a separate games room with xbox 360 and xbox one with many games and seating areas. In addition, there is a large bar in the middle of the room with 7 bar stools and the possibility of connecting a draft beer system (please inquire about this before arrival).

From the grounds you can enjoy sea views over the Little Belt at the mouth of Haderslev Fjord. The farm is located on the route "Camino Haderslev Næs" and only 1 kilometer from a very child-friendly bathing beach via field path through forest to a cozy small holiday home area at Tamdrup beach. There is also 1 kilometer to the wine and delicatessen shop "BayMartin" and the farm shop "Lindegaarden" in Hajstrup, where you can buy locally produced fruit and vegetables in season, among other things from this farm's fields. The harbor town Årøsund, 5 kilometers from the property, is also worth a visit. Visit among other things the newly renovated Årøsund Bath Hotel and the cozy marina and fishing harbor, where there is a 5-minute ferry connection to the island Årø, which has much to offer including a vineyard. The nearest grocery store is "Min Købmand" in Øsby 2 kilometers from the property.

There is lightning-fast WIFI at 360 Mbps in the house and activity room. There is also external WIFI at the main house's west-facing gable in the area around the garden pond, wild swimming pool, sauna, shelter and grill hut

There is the possibility of purchasing rental of a banquet hall/multipurpose room with associated kitchen totaling 160 m2. - established in 2024/2025 in the farm's old barn. The banquet hall/multipurpose room itself is approximately 90 m2 with space for 60 guests. In addition, there is 70 m2 consisting of cloakroom, well-equipped catering kitchen, hallway and bathroom facilities with two toilet rooms, one of which has a bath and one with a changing table. The original details have been preserved, including the old vaulted ceiling and the old pillars. The floor is equipped with underfloor heating and treated with epoxy. The primary heat source is however an air-to-air heat pump. In the room there is good table space and good storage and shelf space. There are projectors, whiteboard, system with subwoofer and bluetooth connection, large portable display refrigerator, 10 liter industrial coffee machine and draft beer system with 3 taps. There is also a sink and tap with cold water. In the kitchen there is an industrial refrigerator, fridge/freezer, oven, hob, extractor hood, 2 x standard dishwashers, powerful pizza oven with 2 chambers (380 V), powerful large microwave with hot air, tap with possibility for boiling water (Taurus) and water-cooled draft beer system (Celli) with possibility for connecting 3 kegs. There is also good storage and shelf space as well as good table space in the kitchen and there is also a steel roller table at your disposal. When booking the banquet hall, the possibility of using the draft beer system with connected CO2 bottle is included (bring your own keg - s-coupling) as well as tables, chairs, service for 20 people. Upon request, in relation to events, there is the possibility of renting tables, chairs, service, tablecloths, slushie machine, popcorn machine and more
