The farm's large 26 kWp solar panel system, located on the roof of one of the farm buildings, contributes significantly to electricity production in a sustainable way. All heat sources have been continuously replaced with electric. There is high-speed WIFI at 360 Mbps in the dwellings, banquet hall and activity room. There is also external WIFI at the west-facing gable of the main house in the area around the garden pond, wild swimming pool, sauna, shelter and grill hut.
The main house is 230 m2 on the ground floor, originally from 1850. The main house offers plenty of space with a total of 16 rooms. You get 3 large authentically furnished living rooms including TV with Chromecast, 4 bedrooms, 1 playroom (with possibility of extra bed on sofa bed), very well-equipped kitchen with, among other things, Sage Barista Pro espresso machine, Kenwood mixer, blender, fondue and much more, as well as 2 large new bathrooms with underfloor heating (established in 2020 and 2022) and toilet room. The main house is furnished in original charming style with contemporary furniture and older paintings mainly from the local area. The farm is heated by a new air-to-water heat pump (established in 2021). Outdoors there is plenty of space. There is approximately 2,000 m2 of gravel courtyard, a covered terrace with 10-12 seats and terrace heater and gas & charcoal grill, an open terrace (not covered) with 10-12 seats and an enclosed bonfire area and garden pond and approximately 4,000 m2 of garden divided into several rooms. The garden rooms contain, among other things, fruit trees, berry bushes and a greenhouse with seasonal vegetables. For the children there is a large trampoline with safety net (4.30 metres), 2 x football goals, 2 x seesaws, a playhouse and a huge swing set with five different swings, climbing rope and slide. The property has been completely renovated in 2023/2024 and contains entrance, utility room, bathroom with underfloor heating, well-equipped kitchen with KitchenAid coffee machine, Dualit espresso machine, KitchenAid mixer, microwave, Liebherr fridge-freezer, dining room with 8 seats, living room with TV with Chromecast and 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are on the ground floor (possibility of extra bed on sofa bed) and 1 room with underfloor heating. The property is furnished in original charming style with contemporary furniture and older paintings mainly from the local area. Heating is provided by a new air-to-water heat pump (established in 2023). Outdoors there is a large terrace of 70 m2, of which approximately 40 m2 is covered with garden furniture for 8 people as well as gas and charcoal grill, courtyard of 200 m2 and garden of 700 m2 with large trampoline with safety net (4.3 metres), swing set with 2 swings and football goal. High-speed 360 Mbps WIFI connection is available. Outside there is an 11 kw AC charger for electric/hybrid cars available.
The activity room is a total of 110 m2 and was established on the farm's old hay loft on the first floor in 2023 and extended in 2026. The activity room is insulated and heated with 2 x air-to-air heat pumps. The following facilities are available: Pool table, table football, air hockey, 2 x darts (standard/electronic), shuffleboard, poker table (6 seats), craft table (8 seats and 1 Trip Trap junior chair), projector with Chromecast as well as seating areas and a large bar in the middle of the room with draft beer system (2 taps), 7 bar stools, all kinds of drinking glasses, coffee machine, blender, fridge and more. In 2026, a separate games room (10 m2) was established with seating area, LEGO, toys, board and card games as well as 32" TV with Xbox 360 and Xbox One with many games. In 2026, a 125 m2 mini-golf area was also established in extension of the activity room on the old hay loft (uninsulated). There are a total of 7 large challenging mini-golf courses as well as bar and seating area. High-speed 360 Mbps WIFI connection is available.
Banquet hall/multi-room with adjoining cloakroom area, well-equipped catering kitchen and bathroom facilities with 2 toilets (one with bath and one with changing table) totalling 150 m2 was established in 2024/2026 in the farm's old barn on the ground floor. The banquet hall/multi-room itself is approximately 90 m2 with space for a minimum of 50 guests. In addition, there is entrance, corridor and cloakroom of approximately 35 m2, well-equipped catering kitchen of approximately 15 m2 and bathroom facilities of a total of 20 m2. The original details have been preserved, including the old vaulted ceiling and the old pillars. The floor is equipped with underfloor heating and treated with epoxy. The primary heat source is an air-to-air heat pump. The room has good table space and good storage and shelf space. There is a projector, whiteboard, system with subwoofer and Bluetooth connection, large portable display fridge, 10 litre industrial coffee machine and draft beer system with 3 taps. There is also a sink and tap with cold water. In the kitchen there is an industrial fridge, fridge/freezer, DeDietrich oven, hob, extractor hood with external motor, 2 x standard dishwashers, pizza oven with 2 chambers, powerful large microwave with hot air, tap with possibility of boiling water (Taurus), KitchenAid blender, Kenwood kitchen machine including accessories and water-cooled draft beer system (Celli) with possibility of connecting 3 kegs (which are brought yourself). There is also good storage and shelf space as well as good table space in the kitchen and there is also a steel roller table available. High-speed 360 Mbps WIFI connection is available. Bathroom facilities were established in spring 2025 with double sink and two toilets, one with bathing facilities, the other with changing table. Around the banquet hall, a 170 m2 tiled terrace with seating areas, basketball court, giant chess, possibility for hockey etc. was established in 2024.
