In 2023 the house was modernised with, among other things, new furniture and new kitchen equipment etc. There is free wireless internet access.

House layout
On the ground floor there is a large cosy kitchen-living room. Beautiful kitchen corner. With a view of the high dunes by the North Sea. Cooker with glass ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and wine cooler. Close to the kitchen the dining table is placed and there is access to a lovely newly built, fenced wooden terrace. There is also a practical heat pump which helps save on consumption in the cold months – and which can cool the house down in the warm months. Lovely bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine and tiled floor. The house has a total of 4 good bedrooms, of which 2 bedrooms are on the ground floor (1DS, 1DS) with good beds and new duvets and pillows. Non-smoking house. Max 1 pet allowed.

1st Floor
Via the user-friendly stairs in the kitchen-living room you can easily get up to the 1st floor. The living room is upstairs with sofa group smart TV with German and Danish channels. On the 1st floor there are also 2 lovely bedrooms (1DS) + (1DS) with new beds and new duvets and pillows. From the living room on the 1st floor there is a lovely view of the dunes by the North Sea.

House surroundings
Outside the house has a lovely, newly built south-facing wooden terrace with fencing to the west and south. Here you can use the house's sun loungers and garden furniture as well as grill. The house even offers an east-facing terrace where you can sit and enjoy the morning sun. Otherwise the sea is just a short trip away and it is always a pleasure to come and see how the sea is "doing". In summer there are fine bathing opportunities and the children can spend hours building sandcastles or small dams in the sand, while the adults can lie and relax. There is always plenty of space here, so you feel you have the beach to yourself. There is 1.5 km to the nearest shopping opportunity in Vrist, which however is only open from Easter to November. Aldi and Brugsen in Harboøre are 2 km away if you walk and if you drive by car it is 3.5 km.
