Welcome to this cosy and partially renovated holiday home in beautiful Vejlby Klit, where everything is set up for a relaxing holiday close to both the North Sea and the beautiful Ferring Lake. The house is 101 m² and has room for up to 6 people, making it ideal for families or friends who want a holiday in peaceful surroundings.

The house offers a bright living room with a wood-burning stove, which creates a cosy atmosphere on cool days. There is free fibre internet and TV with both Danish and German channels and TV2, so entertainment is guaranteed all year round.

The well-equipped kitchen makes cooking easy and convenient with, among other things, a glass ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, coffee machine and fridge/freezer.

There are four bedrooms with good sleeping arrangements distributed across one double bed (160 x 200 cm), two ¾ beds (140 x 200 cm) and one single bed. The bathroom is fitted with a shower cubicle and pleasant underfloor heating.

Outdoors, the holiday can be enjoyed on the partially covered terrace, where garden furniture, gas grill and two sun loungers invite long summer days and cosy barbecue evenings. The large natural plot of 1.200 m² provides plenty of space for play and relaxation.

The location is particularly attractive with only approx. 550 metres to the North Sea, the beach and summer shopping opportunities and dining, as well as a restaurant. The scenic Ferring Lake is just 500 metres from the house and invites lovely walks and cycling trips. Vejlby Klit Holiday Park is also within a short walk.

One dog is warmly welcome, while the house is non-smoking.
