The house has 3 bedrooms (1DS, 1DS, 1DS). 2 cosy lofts, where there is the possibility of sending messages from one loft to the other via a smart rope pull. The house is practically furnished in light and friendly colours and with nice furniture. A lovely entrance with washing machine and tumble dryer welcomes you. Functional and well-equipped kitchen corner with, among other things, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, extractor hood, recessed ceramic hob and separate built-in oven. The living room has a flat-screen TV with Fibre TV channels - German and Danish, DVD / CD player, radio, dining area and a cosy wood-burning stove, which together with the installed heat pump ensures that everyone can stay warm even on the cold, charming autumn days. Large, modern bathroom with, among other things, spa, direct access to the sauna, shower cubicle, toilet, sink and tiled floor with underfloor heating. High chair and baby bed are in the house. Non-smoking house. Max. 2 pets allowed.

House surroundings
The dune ground on which the house is located is approximately 2,588 m2. From the end of the grounds there is a private path – directly to the North Sea. In the dune there is a magnificent plateau with sun loungers. Here you will always find shelter and a place in the sun. From the living room there is access to a lovely, partially covered terrace area with garden furniture, parasol, loungers and a grill that can be moved around depending on weather and wind. Enjoy the sun or a grilling evening to the sound of the waves' roar heard in the background. There is also a swing set on the grounds. Here are fantastic surroundings, and it is an experience in itself to live right next to the high dunes, which are the only thing separating the house from the North Sea. Visit the many attractions and experiences that can be reached within a maximum of 30 minutes or visit the fishing village of Thyborøn or the lovely market town of Lemvig with plenty of specialist shops.
