House layout
The house is furnished with 4 bedrooms in the main house, plus an annex with space for two people. There is also a loft in connection with the activity room for two people. The house contains 3 double beds and 4 single beds and two mattresses on the loft. The holiday home is as much as 182m2 in size, so there is plenty of space for several families. The house is furnished with a small entrance with space for outerwear, then you enter the large kitchen from 2022 where there is double of all white goods, two ovens, two dishwashers, two hobs, large fridge and freezer etc. The kitchen is combined with a TV lounge with sofa group and 65" television and wood-burning stove. From the kitchen there is direct access to the dining room where the large windows give you a direct view towards the dunes. The house is also furnished with two good bathrooms with underfloor heating at each end of the house. In the bathroom by the activity room there is direct access to the sauna. In the hallway there is the small utility room where there is a washing column with washing machine and tumble dryer. At the end of the house you will find the large activity room where there is a combi table with pool table/table tennis, table football, sofa group with 55" television, wood-burning stove etc. It is also from here that there is direct access to the house's loft with 2 sleeping places. The house appears bright throughout with white walls and light laminate floors and white acoustic ceilings, so it doesn't seem so loud when you sit 12 around the dining table. For the children there is 1 cot and 2 high chairs. 2 pets are allowed. The house is not rented out to youth groups. The house also has fibre internet installed. Mandatory final cleaning

House surroundings
The house is located on a fantastic 2500m2 natural plot located in the 2nd row to the roaring North Sea. From the activity room as well as from the lounge and dining room there is direct access to the house's 130m2 tiled terrace. The terrace is also enclosed with a fence height of approximately 1 metre. A very special experience to sit in the outdoor spa on the dark evenings with the clear starry sky, pure therapy for soul and body or perhaps a fresh dip in the North Sea which is just on the other side of the dunes. There is 2 km to shops and activities in Harboøre Hallen.
