House layout The living room and kitchen are connected and from here there is direct access to the lovely large terrace. In the living room there is a wood-burning stove, stereo system with CD player, and a 50" Smart TV with built-in Chromecast and with DR channels as well as sofa furniture and dining table. The walls and ceilings are white-painted and clad with wood. The kitchen is well-equipped with, among other things, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, 44-litre freezer and microwave. A heat pump is installed in the house and this means that as a guest you can save considerably on your electricity heating bill - the heat pump delivers up to 4 times as much power as it uses, which means that for every kilowatt-hour the pump uses it provides heat equivalent to approximately 4 kW the energy is thus utilised much better. The terrace is equipped with grill, various garden furniture and matching cushions. On the plot there is a carport with built-in shed. There are good surfing opportunities at the nearby Ferring Lake 900 metres from the house. There is 650 metres to the North Sea where you can both fish and swim.
