House layout
The house is 320 m2 and has 8 lovely bedrooms (1DS, 1DS, 1DS, 1DS, 1DS, 2ES, 2ES, 2ES). In addition there are 6 sleeping options distributed across 2 lofts as well as a lovely playhouse. In the heart of the house is a large, well-equipped kitchen / living room with all major white goods. 2 electric ceramic hobs, 2 built-in ovens, large extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge and separate large freezer (250 L). Enjoy your meal at the large dining table, look out the window and see the large high dunes directly by the North Sea or relax in the soft quality furniture. Watch TV in Danish and German on one of the house's 5 televisions. There are tiles with underfloor heating in the living rooms and wooden floors in the bedrooms. Should it get too cold, or if you want to create atmosphere, simply light the house's wood-burning stove, where you can enjoy the flames and intense heat.
The house's large wellness pool section also accommodates 5-6 persons, hot tub and sauna. The pool is 20 m2 and features a water slide and counter-current system. The activity room contains: Table football, pool/billiards, air hockey and TV with games console (Playstation 3). 4 bathrooms, with toilet, shower, sink and underfloor heating. Washing machine and tumble dryer are of course included. For the children there are 2 cots and 2 high chairs. Max. 2 pets allowed. The house is not rented to youth groups. Access to Harboøre Centre. Deposit winter season DKK 7000 and summer season DKK 3500. If you have an electric car or a Plug-In hybrid, there is a charging box installed at the house.

House surroundings
The holiday home is located on a 2,600 m2 large dune plot only 150 metres from the North Sea. Large, fenced, partially covered terrace with good garden furniture, sun loungers and 2 x grill. Ideal for both children and pets. Enjoy the sun, each other or a good grilling evening. Take a walk with the dog in the quiet holiday home area, over the high dunes and immediately afterwards the North Sea reveals itself. Worth a visit in all seasons. If you have been fishing or simply bought fish to take home, the house also offers a fish cleaning area. On the large plot there are swings for the children. The house is 1000 metres from grocery shops. Within a short drive you can reach both the active market town of Lemvi with several specialist shops or the unique fishing village of Thyborøn which in addition to the active fishing harbour also offers a bathing beach and several activity options, all worth a visit.
