The heart of the house is the open-plan kitchen-dining room and living room, where you can enjoy long dinners, board games and cosy evenings by the wood-burning stove. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, built-in oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a separate 100-litre freezer – perfect for both everyday meals and festive holiday dinners. The clean design with leather furniture and light materials creates an exclusive and inviting atmosphere.

As something quite special, the house is arranged with two separate sleeping areas, which provides extra privacy and flexibility – ideal for several families or couples travelling together. In total, the house has 5 good bedrooms with double beds and a cosy loft, which is especially a hit with the children.

When it's time to relax, you can retreat to the house's lovely wellness area with both sauna and spa – the perfect end to a day at the beach. The two bathrooms with underfloor heating ensure high comfort for everyone.

And then there is the fantastic activity room, which really enhances the holiday experience! Here you can challenge each other at both table tennis and billiards, hold small tournaments or just enjoy yourselves – regardless of the weather. A perfect gathering place for both children and adults, where the hours fly by.

The house surroundings
Outside, you will find some truly special settings with large, enclosed terraces that provide plenty of shelter, privacy and security – perfect if you have children or a dog with you. Here you can enjoy the sun all day, relax in the garden furniture or gather around the gas grill for long, cosy summer evenings.

The large plot provides plenty of space for play, ball games and relaxation, and with just 200 metres to the beach, it is perfect for daily trips to the water – regardless of season.
