The living room is furnished with upholstered furniture, dining table and a heat pump which helps reduce electricity costs, as well as a TV with fibre internet channels featuring German and Danish programmes. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, built-in oven, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. There are 3 good bedrooms each furnished with a double bed, of which 2 of the rooms have double beds 180x200 and the last room 140x200. 1 bathroom with toilet, sink, shower and underfloor heating. A guest toilet with toilet and sink. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer in the house. There is free fibre internet and 1 pet is allowed. Non-smoking house. **House surroundings** The house is located on approximately 1400 m2 of dune ground right up against the dike at the North Sea in Vrist. There is a lovely terrace which extends right up to the dunes, here there are garden furniture, gas grill and sun loungers which can be moved around as needed. From the terrace you can hear the North Sea's roar and the house's location makes it easy to get to the beach which is only about 50 m from the house. There is a marked path which must be followed to get to the beach, staying and climbing in the dunes behind the house and along the grounds is not permitted, as it damages the vegetation and increases sand drift. You must use the public paths to the sea, including between house no. 22 and 24. The North Sea offers new picturesque experiences every day and there are many different activities that can be done on the beach, such as swimming, fishing, building sandcastles, flying kites, collecting stones and amber or simply sitting and enjoying life and feeling the wind, sand and salt on your face. From the house there is only a short drive to the fishing town of Thyborøn which offers good restaurants, shops and attractions. Likewise it is not far by car to Lemvig which has a lovely harbour promenade, good shops and several good restaurants. A house for those who want a wonderful location almost on the beach.
