Nice kitchen area with a view of the high dunes by the North Sea, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, extractor hood, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and dining table. Bathroom with toilet, sink, shower cubicle, sauna and tiled floor with underfloor heating. Washing machine and tumble dryer are available. Cosy annex with 1 extra bed (1 single bed) table and seating areas as well as TV with attached games console. Non-smoking house. 2 pets allowed.

House surroundings
From the living room and from the house entrance there is access to a lovely terrace with garden furniture and grill. On the west side of the house there is a newly laid terrace with glass wind protection, so the view of the high dunes by the North Sea can still be enjoyed, there is of course also garden furniture. The beach and the North Sea can be reached in under 5 minutes on foot. An incredibly cosy holiday home in lovely surroundings and very close to the North Sea.
