Good holiday home of approx. 90 m2 with a view of the dunes by the North Sea. The house was built in 2011 and has been continuously renovated, most recently in 2023. 3 good bedrooms (1 double, 1 double, 2 single). The house is practically furnished in light and friendly colours and with nice leather furniture. A lovely entrance welcomes you. Functional and well-equipped kitchen corner with, among other things, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, glass ceramic hob, built-in oven, air fryer and extractor hood. The living room has a flat-screen TV with German and Danish channels, sound bar, DVD player, CD player, radio, dining area and a cosy wood-burning stove, which together with the installed heat pump ensures that everyone can stay warm even on the cold, charming autumn days. Large, modern bathroom with, among other things, spa, direct access to the sauna, shower cubicle, toilet, sink and tiled floor with underfloor heating. From the entrance there is access to an extra bathroom with toilet, shower, sink and tiled floor with underfloor heating. Practical easy-to-clean floors in all bedrooms and living areas. Of course there is also a tumble dryer and washing machine in the house. High chair and cot are in the house. If you have an electric car or a plug-in hybrid, there is a charging box at the house for Type 2 charging socket, which can charge up to 11 kWh. Non-smoking house. Max. 2 pets allowed. House surroundings
The house has access to a partially covered terrace with garden furniture, parasol, sun loungers and grill. Enjoy the sun or a barbecue evening to the sound of the waves' roar heard in the background. Perfectly located holiday home with dune views, which will frame your entire unique holiday close to the North Sea. Here are fantastic surroundings, and it is an experience in itself to live right next to the high dunes, which are the only thing separating the house from the North Sea. The house is located at the end of a dead-end road only approx. 100 m from the North Sea on a plot of approx. 1,224 m2. Enjoy that the North Sea tells a new story every day, which you can experience at close hand. At the same time, there are only 500 m to shopping facilities and 1,000 m to the nearest restaurant. We also recommend a visit to the harbour town of Thyborøn 15 km north of the holiday home or the old market town of Lemvig 13 km to the east.
