Well-utilised holiday home that is exceptionally well-appointed with, among other things, 2 heated bathrooms, one of which has direct access to sauna and hot tub. Of course there are lovely shower niches in both bathrooms, toilet and sink. In one bathroom there is a washing column with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Furthermore there are 3 good bedrooms: 1 double + 2 single + 2 single, as well as a loft with 2 extra sleeping places. Lovely living room with leather furniture plus flat-screen TV with DR1, DR2 and satellite with German channels, DVD and stereo with CD player as well as a lovely crackling wood-burning stove which together with the heat pump helps reduce heating costs. Well-equipped kitchen with induction hob and oven with pyrolysis, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.

House surroundings
From the living room there is access to the house's lovely terrace area, which faces west and is partially fenced with a wonderful outdoor spa. In front of the house there is also an east-facing terrace from which morning coffee can be enjoyed. There are garden furniture, grill and sun loungers with cushions. The house's location close to the North Sea makes it easy to walk over the dunes and immediately be down on the beach, which every single day regardless of season offers a new and lovely experience.
