House facilities
This holiday home is 75 m2 and offers genuine Danish cosiness and has been beautifully modernised in 2021. The house is well appointed with 3 bedrooms (1 double, 1 single, 1 double) with new, good beds. From the combined living room and kitchen there is a lovely view of the high dunes by the North Sea. The living room is furnished with good furniture, dining area, TV with Danish and German channels and Google TV, DAB Radio and access to a lovely terrace. For a cool summer evening or an autumn day with rain and wind there is a wood-burning stove to warm and create a cosy atmosphere. There is also an energy-efficient heat pump in the living room, which easily heats the entire house. The kitchen area has a cooker with glass ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Nice bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and underfloor heating. For small children there is a cot and high chair. In connection with the terrace / carport and just outside the house there is access to the sauna. Non-smoking house. Max 1 pet allowed.

House surroundings
The house is situated on a natural plot of approx. 1,200 m2. There is access to several lovely terraces, one of which is partially covered. There is always an opportunity to find a spot in the sun. Via your own private path it is only 50m to the North Sea. There are garden furniture for all terraces as well as sun loungers that can be moved around. Dinner can be prepared on the house's grill while you enjoy the light summer evenings on the terrace. The house is within walking distance of Harboøre. Here you will find shopping facilities, mini golf, pizzeria and not least Harboøre centre with fitness facilities and many other activities. In Vrist and the surrounding area there are also really good opportunities for cycling, hiking or running, and only approx. 100m from the house lies the roaring North Sea which every day offers new picturesque experiences. The area offers many excursion opportunities. Try getting up early during your holiday and go to the fish auction in Thyborøn. It is an experience to see the many crates of fish change hands in minutes. Thyborøn offers an exciting harbour environment and both Jylland Aquarium with many exciting fish and activities for children, and the Coastal Centre are worth a visit. From Thyborøn there is a small ferry to Agger, where you can visit Denmark's first National Park Thy and continue to Klitmøller - Denmark's surfer paradise Cold Hawaii. To the east lies Lemvig, a cosy town by the Limfjord, only 15 minutes' drive from the holiday home. Lemvig has a cosy pedestrian street and a large selection of grocery shops and specialist shops, and will really slow down the pace, so leave the car and hop on the small local train that runs between Thyborøn and Vemb.
