Lovely living room with leather furniture, large flat-screen TV with both Danish and German channels which also functions as the perfect infotainment system with soundbar and the ability to play both CD and DVD as well as radio stations. Excellent bathroom with underfloor heating, hot tub, shower cubicle and toilet. There is of course also an additional bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet, sink and underfloor heating. Small, separate room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Shed with grill, toys for the children, the perfect storage room. Smoking and pets are not permitted in the house. Use the installed heat pump which together with the wood-burning stove provides economical heating and ensures you never freeze on cool evenings. If you have an electric car or a plug-in hybrid, there is a charging box with Type 2 connector that can charge up to 11 kWh.
