The living room is divided into a dining area, which is combined with the open new kitchen corner. The living room with leather furniture, dining table, Bluetooth speaker, Smart TV with Danish and German programmes as well as the option to stream TV/radio/apps. Enjoy the view over the area and relax in front of the crackling, new wood-burning stove which together with the heat pump helps reduce heating costs. Beautiful, new and practical hard flooring in the living room and kitchen corner. 4 good bedrooms (2 double beds, 1 double bed, 1 double bed, 1 single bed) plus a loft with 2 extra sleeping places. In each bedroom with a double bed there is a Smart TV with the option to stream your own programmes. For the little guests there is a changing mat and baby bath available. The house is located on a natural plot of approximately 1,201 m2 only 250 m from the North Sea. There is access to 2 lovely terraces. Both terraces have windbreaks and one is partially covered. Sun loungers, plenty of garden furniture and a grill that can be moved around as you wish and depending on a spot in the sun. Between the terraces and in the driveway, beautiful small granite stones have been laid which help to emphasise the quality of this lovely holiday home. In Vejlby Klit and the surrounding area there are really good opportunities for cycling, hiking or going for a run and only about 250m from the house lies the roaring North Sea which every day offers new picturesque experiences. In season you can pick up fresh bread, groceries or perhaps invite the family out to eat, only about 10 minutes from the house.
