House layout
From a distance you can see the house's unique location and with your eyes you follow the path all the way to the paved parking area. The house is accessed via a small entrance with a coat rack and extra hand wash. 4 bedrooms (1 double, 1 double, 1 double, 2 single). An extra room is set up as an office with desk, extra freezer and sleeping space. The perfect room if there are tasks that need to be done on the computer during the holiday or the perfect room for storing things you've brought and suitcases. The living room is decorated in light and friendly colours and is very practical with tiled flooring. In addition, there are nice and comfortable leather furniture, bluetooth speaker, TV with German and Danish programmes. There is a chromecast for the TV in the living room, so if you have a mobile phone or another device you can stream e.g. DR or whatever you have a subscription to. Heat pump and wood-burning stove provide extra cosiness and help minimise electricity bills. Well-equipped kitchenette with all kitchen utensils and all major appliances. Here you will find e.g. glass ceramic hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment. Right next to the kitchen is the dining table with seating for everyone. The house's activity room - the large pool room - is equipped with a pool with swimming trainer and there is also a lovely hot tub, there is also a bluetooth speaker. The house has 2 bathrooms both with shower and toilet and one has direct access to the house's sauna as well as washing machine and tumble dryer. A really lovely house that offers many good activities both outdoors and indoors. There is nothing better than a relaxing swim and then afterwards sit in front of the crackling wood-burning stove and at the same time hear the roaring North Sea in the background. Cot and high chair for the youngest. The house is a non-smoking house. Max 1 pet allowed. Deposit winter season DKK 4500 and summer season DKK 2200.

House surroundings
From the living room there is access to a lovely large enclosed terrace which of course is equipped with garden furniture, grill and sun loungers. The terrace is enclosed, which is perfect when bringing children and pets. Here you can enjoy the sun or relax in front of the grill and early in the evening you can enjoy watching the sun set over the North Sea. From the house and grounds you have direct access to the dunes and the beautiful white sandy beach which is just a few metres from the house. Enjoy a fantastic walk or run on the beach. Experience up close how the North Sea tells a new story every day. Visit the many attractions and experiences that can be reached within a maximum of 30 minutes or visit the fishing village of Thyborøn or the lovely market town of Lemvig with plenty of specialist shops. The perfect spacious house for a maximum of 8 people, but is also perfect for the couple or the small family in all seasons.
