The holiday home is located directly in the dunes on a 2600 square metre elevated plot. The house's south-facing terrace is well sheltered by the dunes on one side and the house itself on the north side. There is room for 6 people distributed across 4 bedrooms. The North Sea is only 170 metres from the house, so you can reach the sunset within a few minutes.

House layout
The kitchen connects to a living room where the dining table is located. The kitchen itself has everything you need: extractor hood, glass ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a separate 35-litre freezer. From the kitchen-living room you can go directly out onto the south-facing terrace if you wish. You can also go down a level via a few steps to the actual living room, which has cosy furnishings to relax in. There is a wood-burning stove, television with satellite dish (German channels on the satellite) and DVD player. From the living room there is access to the partially covered north-west facing terrace. There are 4 bedrooms with 2 double beds and 2 with a single bed each. So it is one of the rare houses where you can get a private room if some wish this. From the entrance you can go into the bathroom which contains a shower, toilet and sink. In addition there is a sauna with an electric stove. There is free wireless internet access in the house and a heat pump installed in the living room.

House surroundings
The house has garden furniture and 3 sun loungers on the terraces and there is a parking space right by the house. There are good opportunities for walks in nature, as the beach is only 170 metres away and Ferring Lake is 1200 metres from the house. The area also offers several cycling routes as well as naturally fishing and bathing opportunities in the North Sea.
