Surrounded by cosy dune landscape, this pool house with a large terrace encircling most of the house is located just 200 metres from the beautiful beach at the North Sea, making it ideal for family holidays for 1 or 2 families.

House layout
The house is well-appointed and measures 140 m2. The living room is the natural gathering point of the house after a dip in the pool or the sea. Here you can sit in the sofa group and look into the pool, enjoy the warmth from the wood-burning stove or watch your favourite series on the flat-screen TV. There is also a CD player, radio and DVD player. There is free internet as well as DR1 and TV2 plus German satellite channels. It is even possible to enjoy entertainment in the pool room, as there is also a flat-screen TV and speakers as well as a sofa group and a 4-person hot tub. The pool measures 5.10 x 2.80 x 1.25 metres and is equipped with a swimming trainer and underwater lighting. From the pool room there is also direct access to the south-facing courtyard garden of 45 m2. The pool room has its own bathroom with underfloor heating, sauna, shower and sink. The kitchen contains everything you need: glass ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and separate 100-litre freezer. Heat pump for heating the living room, kitchen and hallway. In the entrance there is also a tumble dryer and washing machine. There are 4 large bedrooms consisting of 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed in each and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each. Cot and high chair are in the house. In addition there is another bathroom with underfloor heating, shower and toilet. If you have an electric car or a plug-in hybrid, there is a charging box at the house for Type 2 charging socket, which can charge up to 11 kWh. 2 dogs are allowed and no other pets. House surroundings
If you like to sit outside, there is a full 110 m2 wooden terrace around the house and furthermore a 45 m2 courtyard garden. Here there is a grill, sun loungers, garden furniture and on the grounds there is a sandbox and swings for the children.
