The house is practically arranged with a lovely 50 m2 south-facing terrace with direct access to the pool room. **House layout** The renovated living room flows into the new kitchen, and the house has underfloor heating. There is a lovely sofa corner with a coffee table, flat-screen TV with soundbar, Fibernet TV, CD player, radio and wood-burning stove. From the corner there is also a view into the pool room if desired. The TV has DR, TV2, Chromecast and German satellite channels. There is of course free Fibernet access. From the living room there is a view and access to the slightly smaller east-facing terrace and the lawn. Here you can enjoy meals outside on the long summer evenings. The house is primarily furnished with light tiles and underfloor heating. In the bedrooms there is carpet. The new kitchen contains all the conveniences you know from home: fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave and glass ceramic hob. There is also a glass ceramic hob. The pool room features a pool with swim trainer as well as a hot tub and sofa group with speakers so music can be heard in the room. Adjacent to the pool room is a bathroom with shower, sink and sauna. There are 4 bedrooms in the house divided into 2 rooms with double beds, 2 rooms with 2 single beds and a loft with 2 sleeping places. In 2 of the bedrooms there is an extra TV. If you have small children, there is a cot and 2 high chairs available. There is also a bathroom with sink, shower and toilet. In the entrance there is a tumble dryer and washing machine. The house is a non-smoking house, and no pets other than dogs up to 2 are allowed. If you have an electric car or a plug-in hybrid, there is a charging box with Type 2 connector that can charge up to 11 kWh. Deposit winter season DKK 3000 and summer season DKK 2200. **House surroundings** There are as many as 5 sun loungers and garden furniture as well as a grill for the house. These can be enjoyed on either the 50 m2 large south-facing sun terrace or on the east-facing terrace. There is also a sandbox and swings for the children. Excursion opportunities are of course the North Sea which is 250 meters from the property, otherwise the harbour towns of Lemvig and Thyborøn are approximately 15 km from the house.
