The holiday home is approximately 84 m2 and has 4 bedrooms (1DS, 1DS, 1DS, 2ES). A nice tiled distribution hallway welcomes you. Step into a cosy, combined, tiled living room and kitchen area. The renovated kitchen area is well-equipped with, among other things, dishwasher, cooker with ceramic hob, extractor hood, fridge with small freezer compartment and everything in service / kitchenware. Beautiful dining area with dining table with seating for everyone and a heat pump that helps maintain warmth in all seasons while being economical to use so you save money on your electricity bill. Sunken fireplace room with good furniture, radio and TV with Chromecast for streaming Danish channels that you have your own subscription to. Wooden floor and a lovely wood-burning stove that provides the final cosiness. Take a seat in the house's soft furnishings and enjoy the view of the high dunes and if you open the window the North Sea can be heard right into the living room. Lovely bathroom with washing machine, shower cubicle, toilet, and sink. Separate sauna which is heated before the fresh trip to the North Sea and is ready to use when you come home to the house again. Max 1 pet allowed.

House surroundings The house is located in a lovely dune area close to the North Sea and has 3 terraces, one of which is partially covered. There are garden furniture, sun loungers and a grill.
