In a very cosy dune area, this renovated stone house with its own pool is situated on a natural plot. The house is well furnished and suitable for both one and two families. Free internet access. **House facilities** Well-equipped kitchen with all appliances including dishwasher, microwave and fridge-freezer. The kitchen is combined with the living room, which has a flat-screen TV with DR1 and TV2 as well as a satellite dish for German channels, DVD and CD player and of course a wood-burning stove where you can sit in comfortable furniture and enjoy a good book in front of the crackling stove. There are actually 4 televisions in the house where you can watch different programmes on each. They are located in the living room, in the pool room and one in each of 2 bedrooms. The living room is open to the loft and has a skylight window which provides good and pleasant light in the room. There is also a window from which you can look out into the pool room. There are 4 good bedrooms, furnished with 1 double bed + 1 double bed + 2 single beds + 2 single beds as well as a loft with 2 sleeping options. The pool room has a pool which is 3 m x 5.5 m x 1.25 m deep, underwater lighting, swimming trainer. There is also access to one of the house's bathrooms which also contains a sauna, hot tub for 4-5 persons with back massage (model 2015). In the pool room you also have the option to watch TV or listen to your favourite music from speakers connected to the CD player. The house's second bathroom has underfloor heating, toilet, sink and shower. In the house's utility room there is of course a washing machine and tumble dryer. Enjoy free access to Harboøre Centre. If you have an electric car or a plug-in hybrid, there is a 3-phase 16amp CEE socket at the house which can charge up to 11 kWh as well as a standard electric socket which can also be used for charging. Deposit winter season DKK 3000 and summer season DKK 2200. **House surroundings** The house has 2 terraces, one is a 16 m2 south-facing terrace and the other is a 50 m2 sun courtyard enclosed with garden furniture and sun loungers. For the children there are swings. In the tool shed there is a 120 l freezer. If you want to experience something other than the holiday home and the beach, we recommend a trip to Thyborøn, which is an active fishing village with life on the harbour. Here you will also find Sneglehuset, which is Denmark's only house covered with snails, Kystcentret which is the only one of its kind in Europe and last but not least Jyllands Aquarium which throughout the year offers many great activities such as oyster safari, amber safari or a trip out on their new glass-bottomed boat to see all the seals. Thyborøn's local shops have many good offers, so a shopping trip to Thyborøn is definitely also worth taking. There is free access to Harboøre Centre through this house.
