Stay here close to the sea, nature and enjoy the scent of salt water and heather as soon as you open the door. **House layout** The house is well-appointed with a fireplace lounge connected to the dining room and kitchen. The kitchen has underfloor heating, induction hob, dishwasher, built-in oven, refrigerator and separate freezer. From here the space is divided into two cosy lounges. One lounge is the dining room from which there is also access to the terrace. The other lounge is the fireplace room which, in addition to the fireplace, also has a flat-screen TV with Danish and German channels, DVD and CD player. A heat pump has been installed in the house and this means that as a guest you can save considerably on your electricity heating bill - the heat pump delivers up to 4 times as much power as it uses, which means that for every kilowatt-hour the pump uses it provides heat equivalent to approximately 4 kW, so the energy is utilised much more efficiently. There are 4 bedrooms, of which 2 have double beds and 1 has 2 single beds and 1 has 1 single bed - but a maximum of 6 people may stay in the house. The bathroom with underfloor heating has a sink, shower and toilet. There is also a washing machine in the house. This house is a non-smoking house. **Surroundings** The covered west-facing terrace faces away from the road and towards the dune, so you can lie relatively undisturbed on one of the 4 sun loungers. Garden furniture and grill are also standard, so there is really a basis for many pleasant hours close to nature in comfortable surroundings. We naturally recommend the close proximity to the sea to take advantage of all the activities you can do on the large wide sandy beach. In summer you should not deny yourself a swim in the pure fresh water and if there is a fresh wind from the west, you can spend hours flying a kite. The children love building sandcastles on the beach, while the adults can get out the fishing rod and find peace for many hours while gazing out over the sea in all its infinity. The area also offers good walks - either along the beach or for example the 10 km route around the nearby Ferring Lake. Feel free to bring bicycles too - the area is very cycle-friendly. If you want a peaceful holiday with the family at the centre or with the possibility of various activities during your stay, then this house is a good choice!
