The house's layout
The house is exceptionally well-maintained - appears bright and welcoming with a comfortably furnished living room with a sunken fireplace section. There is free wireless internet access in the house. In the living room there is a colour TV with DVD, DR1 and Apple-TV, so you can stream your own programmes as well as a wood-burning stove. Really well-equipped kitchen with electric cooker with ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave and dishwasher. Flooring in living room and kitchen is wood. 2 bathrooms. One with a shower section. The other with WC and washing machine. 3 bedrooms: 1 with a double bed, 1 with bunk beds and 1 with a 3/4 bed. A heat pump has been installed in the house and this means that as a guest you can save up to 50% on your electricity heating bill - the heat pump delivers up to 6 times as much power as it uses, which means that for every kilowatt-hour the pump uses it provides heat equivalent to approximately 6 kW the energy is thus utilised much more efficiently.

The house's surroundings
The terrace conditions are excellent. There are namely 3 sun terraces - one south - one west and one east-facing terrace, so there is always an opportunity to find shelter. There are garden furniture and a grill which can be moved as needed. The house's location just 180 m from the North Sea makes it easy to get to the beach on foot. The North Sea offers new experiences every day and on the beach there are many different activities you can spend your time with, for example swimming, building sandcastles, fishing, walking or simply sitting and relaxing and enjoying the sound of the waves and the wind in your hair. This house is very suitable for a couple or the small family who wish to stay close to the North Sea in a lovely holiday home.
