House layout
Well-appointed wooden house of 92 m2 with pitched ceiling. The house was built in 1986 and was most recently renovated in spring 2024. A bright and practical entrance with space for both outerwear and footwear welcomes you. Three bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 double bed, 2 single beds), max. four persons. The house's kitchen, dining area and living room merge together in one large fantastic room, with a view of the beautiful dune areas surrounding the house. The kitchen has a cooker with glass ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. The living room, which is sunken, has leather furniture and a lovely wood-burning stove, which together with the heat pump can help reduce heating costs. Free fiber internet. TV with Danish and German programmes, DVD player, CD player, and DAB radio with built-in Bluetooth for listening to e.g. music or audiobooks. There are practical wooden floors in most of the house, and carpets in two of the three bedrooms. The house has two bathrooms, both with toilet, sink and shower. The newest bathroom from 2024 also has a spa, sauna and underfloor heating, while the other bathroom has a washing machine. The house has a storage room for things you want to put away but still need quick and easy access to. In the shed to the left of the main door, grill, parasol, ashtray, etc. are stored. If you have an electric car or a plug-in hybrid, there is a charging box installed at the house. Non-smoking house. Pets not allowed.

House surroundings
The house is situated on a 1,354 m2 dune plot. There is access to three lovely terraces. The largest terrace facing west is partially covered. Garden furniture and sun loungers are available. From the terraces you can hear the sea roar while enjoying the view of the high dunes. An incredibly lovely house, where most things have been thought of and with plenty of possibilities. Beach and the North Sea are only a 5-minute walk from the house, and nature always invites for a fresh walk or run. Alternatively, you can bring a packed lunch and take the lovely 10 km walk around Ferring Lake. The shop in Vejlby Klit is open seasonally and is 1.5 km from the house by car (or 1 km by bike or on foot via a path to Viktoriavej). During the season the shop offers fresh morning bread, and daily shopping can also be done here. Opposite the shop is "Café John Wayne", where you can enjoy a lovely meal, a glass of beer or wine, a cup of coffee, or an ice cream – either outdoors or indoors. Cultural attractions, shopping, and various sports activities can be reached by car in max. approx. 20 min. From the local train station "Victoria Street Station" you can take the train towards either Lemvig or Thyborøn and thereby experience one of Denmark's most beautiful train routes. Whether you are into an active holiday or total relaxation, this beautiful holiday home provides a lovely setting in terms of house, location and surroundings.
