The large, new bathroom is equipped with underfloor heating and direct access to the outdoors, while the living room and hallway areas have beautiful tile flooring with elegant borders of polished beach stones.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a glass ceramic hob, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave, so cooking becomes a pleasure. For heating there is both a heat pump and a wood-burning stove, which provides pleasant and energy-saving warmth all year round.

The house has free internet and satellite TV (with German channels). Smoking and pets are not allowed, which makes it ideal for allergy sufferers.

House surroundings
Located on 1,400 m² of natural ground with both covered and partially covered terraces, the house invites outdoor cosiness. Here you will find garden furniture, sun loungers, parasol and grill – perfect for a relaxing day in shelter or shade.
