The extension, which has really good natural light, is furnished with tiled flooring, sofa and wood-burning stove; from the large living room down to the small living room there are a couple of steps. 4 good bedrooms: 1 double, 1 double, 2 single, 1 child's bed. 2 bathrooms, both with toilet, sink, shower and underfloor heating; in one bathroom there is also a washing machine installed. 1 pet is allowed. Non-smoking house. **House surroundings** The house is located on approximately 1368 m² of natural plot, surrounded by rosehip bushes and just 350 m from the North Sea. There are 2 good wooden terraces, one facing south and one facing west, so there is always the opportunity to find a sheltered spot or a place in the sun. Of course there are garden furniture, sun loungers and a grill which can be placed around as needed. EV charging box installed in the carport. Not rented to youth groups. Shopping can be done approximately 2000 m from the house and the small seasonal café opened in Vejlby Klit is approximately 3000 m from the house. The North Sea, which is always worth a visit, offers many opportunities to enjoy yourself, for example building sandcastles, fishing, hiking, swimming or flying kites.
