On the ground floor there are 4 good bedrooms (1DS, 1DS, 1DS, 2ES) and on the 1st floor there is a bedroom (1DS) + a double sofa bed on the open landing. Dining room with a large dining table with space for everyone, American fridge, Smart-TV with Danish and German channels and a lovely fireplace with insert so it can be used as a normal wood-burning stove. The dining room is built together with the kitchen and is stylishly furnished. Incredibly beautiful and well-equipped kitchen with gas cooker with oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave and lovely kitchen island with plenty of extra counter space. Utility room with separate freezer (200 L) and washing machine. Bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and direct access to the sauna. Lovely outdoor room with seating, access to the garden and access to activity room with pool table / Billiards, air hockey and darts. Max. 2 pets allowed. Non-smoking house.

1st Floor
Via the stairs by the kitchen you go up to the 1st floor. Here there is an open landing with double sofa bed (1DS). Lovely living room with a fantastic view over the landscape and fjord views. The living room is furnished with lovely furniture, Smart-TV with Danish and German programmes and the option to stream TV / Radio / Apps via Chromecast. Bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Large bedroom with (1DS) and TV in the ceiling with Danish and German channels and access to a magnificent balcony with water views and views of the landscape.

House surroundings
From the house there is a fantastically beautiful view over the open fields and sea and fjord views. There are garden furniture and a grill that can be moved around the plot as needed. On the magnificent plot it is always possible to find a cosy corner or a spot in the sun. Follow the mown paths up to the romantic viewing bench. Only approx. 300m from the house lies the Limfjord and approx. 3,000 m from the house you can experience the roaring North Sea which offers new picturesque experiences every day. Visit the many attractions and experiences that can be reached within max 30 minutes or visit the fishing village of Thyborøn or the lovely market town of Lemvig with plenty of specialist shops. A very special house in fantastic, peaceful surroundings that must be experienced.
