This cosy and well-maintained holiday home is not just a rental property, but a place the owner loves to spend time in – and this is clearly evident in the personal and inviting décor. The house is only a few minutes' walk from the North Sea and provides a lovely setting for a relaxing holiday close to nature, beach and shopping. Built in 2004 and partially renovated in 2022. Pets are not allowed.

House layout The kitchen and living room are open-plan, so you can easily be together – whether cooking or relaxing. The kitchen is well-equipped with, among other things, a dishwasher, microwave, induction hob and fridge/freezer.

The living room offers comfortable furniture, a wood-burning stove and heat pump as well as TV with Danish and German channels. There is Chromecast and free fibre internet, so you can easily stream your own services. In addition, there is a radio and DVD and CD player for extra entertainment.

The house has 2 bathrooms – a large one with spa, underfloor heating, shower and access to sauna, and a smaller one with toilet and sink. The 3 bedrooms contain 2 double beds and 2 single beds. For the youngest there is both a cot and a high chair.

There is also a washing machine, tumble dryer and charging box for electric cars (Type 2).

House surroundings The house has several lovely terraces, so you can enjoy outdoor life all day. The south and west-facing terrace offers good opportunities to get sun from afternoon to evening, while the east-facing, covered terrace is perfect for enjoying the morning sun. The east and south-facing terrace is furnished with bench seating, while the west-facing terrace offers comfortable garden furniture. There is also a grill and sun loungers, so outdoor life can be enjoyed to the full.

The location is ideal with only approx. 300 metres to the North Sea and a short distance to shopping in Harboøre.

An obvious choice for those who want a cosy and personal holiday home with an attractive location on the west coast. Non-smoking house.
