The living room is furnished with modern and comfortable furniture, CD, DVD, radio, TV with Danish and German channels. 4 spacious bedrooms: 1DS + 1DS + 1DS + 1DS. Bathroom: Toilet, sink and shower, sauna and underfloor heating. Well-equipped kitchen connected to the living room. The kitchen contains a glass ceramic cooker, refrigerator, and dishwasher. In the outbuilding there is a 120 l freezer. For small children there is a high chair. Washing machine. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking house.

The house is situated on natural ground centrally in Vejlby Klit. From the living room there is access to a partially covered/enclosed terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and grill. The distance to Ferring Lake is 600 m and a path has been made around the lake where you can take a walk in the middle of nature. Take a walk to the North Sea, which shows itself from a new side every day. There is a kilometre-long sandy beach, and depending on the season there is always something to do by the sea. The fresh sea air and the sound of the waves are effective for lowering your heart rate. A really good house very centrally located.
