From here there is also access to the upper floor, the terrace and the north-facing entrance. In the living room there is a wood-burning stove, heat pump and sofa group and smart TV with Danish and German programmes as well as the option to stream TV / radio / Apps, so if you have a mobile phone or another device you can stream whatever you have a subscription to. There is also a small dining area. The kitchen features a glass ceramic hob, fridge/freezer as well as dishwasher and microwave. The last room on the lower floor is the bathroom which has a toilet, sink, washing machine and a new smart shower cabin. Taking the stairs up there is a bedroom on each side. There is a "master bedroom" facing south with a double bed, cozy furnishings and access to the south-facing balcony. The other bedroom also has a double bed and in addition a single bed, so you can sleep 3 here. A tumble dryer is set up in the shed. If you have an electric car or a plug-in hybrid, there is a charging box for Type 2 connector that can charge up to 11 kWh. Non-smoking house. Max 1 pet allowed. **House surroundings** The house has a relatively large south-facing terrace which can be closed off. There are also garden furniture here, so you can immediately take advantage of the good days for sun and fresh air. Around the house there is also a little garden and on the east side you can often find shelter on the lawn, as there are both bushes and the house blocking the dominant south-westerly wind direction. It is very easy to get to the beach and you can follow the road directly there. There are many opportunities for recreation as you can swim, run, hike, fish for pleasure, find amber or just enjoy nice stones. If you like flying a kite there are absolutely good opportunities here. If you want to see the area's other attractions there are only 14 km to Thyborøn, which also marks the border towards Thy National Park and 13 km to the 800-year-old trading town Lemvig.
