This idyllic newly renovated wooden holiday home with a thatched roof is located on a natural plot close to the North Sea. The house is built on 2 floors, has a sauna and sleeps 6 people. In 2022 the house was modernised with, among other things, new furniture, new carpets and new kitchen equipment etc. There is free wireless Fiber internet access.

House layout
On the ground floor there is a large cosy kitchen-living room. The kitchen area has an electric cooker with glass ceramic hob, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and dining table. The washing machine is also in the kitchen. Direct access to the south-facing enclosed terrace. Bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and direct access to the sauna. 2 good bedrooms on the ground floor (1DS, 1DS) with good beds and new bedding. Non-smoking house. Max 1 pet allowed. If you have an electric car or a Plug-In hybrid, there is a charging box with Type 2 connector that can charge up to 11 kWh.

1st Floor
Via the user-friendly staircase in the kitchen-living room you can easily reach the 1st floor. The living room is upstairs with sofa group, wood-burning stove and flat-screen TV with German and Danish channels supplied through the house's fibre connection. Enjoy the flames of the cosy wood-burning stove, which together with the installed heat pump on the ground floor ensures minimal heating consumption. Access to a balcony with unique panoramic views of the high dunes with the North Sea in the background. On the 1st floor there is also 1 lovely bedroom (1DS) also with a good bed. In the bedroom there is also an extra bed.

House surroundings
Outside the house has a lovely south-facing terrace with fencing to the west and south. Here you can use the house's sun loungers and garden furniture as well as a grill. If you want to sit facing west, simply switch to the west-facing balcony upstairs. The house even offers a north-facing terrace where you can sit in the shade most of the day if you need to cool down a bit. Otherwise the sea is just a short trip away and it is always a pleasure to come and see how the sea is "doing". In summer there are fine bathing opportunities and children can spend hours building sandcastles or small dams in the sand, while adults can lie and relax. There is always plenty of space here, so you feel you have the beach to yourself. It is 1.5 km to the nearest shopping in Vrist, which is only open from Easter to November. Aldi and Brugsen in Harboøre are 2 km away if you walk and 3.5 km if you drive.
