Well-maintained, newly painted 80 m2 holiday home. Ground floor with combined kitchen area and living room. The beautiful, new kitchen area features a glass ceramic hob with built-in extractor hood, built-in oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, all kitchen utensils in service and lovely dune views. Close to the kitchen area is the dining table conveniently placed. Living room with comfortable upholstered and leather furniture, TV with fibre signal providing Danish and German programmes. Cosy, built-in wood stove insert which together with the quiet heat pump ensures a lower heating bill and extra cosiness. Beautiful bathroom with specially hand-laid stone floor with underfloor heating and other hand-made details and of course shower, sink and toilet. Hallway with washing machine, heat pump and stairs to 1st floor. On the ground floor there is practical stone flooring. Non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed.

1st Floor
Via the user-friendly stairs in the hallway – you easily reach the 1st floor. At the top of the stairs there is a reproduction with bean bag chairs and seating area. Furthermore there are 2 lovely bedrooms with new beds and good mattresses (1DS, 1DS). From one of the bedrooms there is magnificent views of the dunes by the North Sea

House surroundings
From the living room there is access to 2 lovely terraces. Both the east-facing and a west-facing terrace are fenced in. On both terraces there are good quality garden furniture. There is also a gas grill and the sun loungers can be moved around so you always find a spot in the sun. The North Sea is only 150 m from the house and it is always a pleasure to go and see how the sea is "doing". In summer there are fine bathing opportunities and the children can spend hours building sandcastles or small dams in the sand, while the adults can lie and relax. Here there is always plenty of space, so you feel you have the beach to yourself. There is 1.5 km to the nearest shopping opportunity in Vrist, which however is only open from Easter to November. Aldi and Brugsen in Harboøre are 2 km away if you walk and if you drive by car it is 3.5 km.
