The house is situated as the last one before the dunes – only a stone's throw from the North Sea – and offers a holiday experience beyond the ordinary. Interior – bright, well-equipped and full of cosiness

Already as the car rolls down the gravel road the last short stretch towards the house, you feel that something very special awaits. The holiday home is approximately 88 m² and was built in 2003 with a practical and inviting interior in light, friendly colours.

The house contains three good bedrooms (2 double beds and 1 bunk bed) as well as a cosy loft, which especially children – and young at heart – will love. In addition, there is a small alcove with mattress and pillows, perfect as a play den or extra sleeping space.

The spacious entrance welcomes you and is equipped with both a washing machine and tumble dryer. The functional and well-equipped kitchen corner has everything you need for holiday meals – including dishwasher, large fridge, microwave and cooker with glass ceramic hob.

The living room is the house's natural gathering point with dining area, flat-screen TV with Danish and German channels, radio/CD player and a cosy wood-burning stove. Together with the heat pump, it creates a warm and inviting atmosphere – even on the cool, charming autumn days.

The house has two bathrooms, both with underfloor heating. The large bathroom offers a spa, shower niche and direct access to sauna – perfect after a long walk along the beach. In addition, there is a cot and high chair in the house, separate freezer in the shed and charging box for electric car or plug-in hybrid in the garage.

Non-smoking house. Pets not allowed. Mandatory final cleaning.

Surroundings – nature, peace and the sea's eternal story

The holiday home is situated on a large, approximately 3,500 m² dune plot at the end of a dead-end road – only about 50 metres from the North Sea. There is plenty of space for play, relaxation and outdoor life. The partially covered terrace invites long days in the sun, relaxation in the deckchairs or cosy barbecue evenings, while the sound of the waves forms the perfect background.

The dunes are the only thing separating the house from the sea, and the view and surroundings create a completely unique setting for your holiday. Here you experience the North Sea up close – raw, beautiful and never the same two days in a row.
