House Layout From the moment the car reaches the gravel road leading up to the house, you can see that both the house and its location are something quite special. This house is so special and beautiful that it must be experienced. A lovely entrance welcomes you, and there is plenty of space to hang up outerwear. The house's washing machine and tumble dryer are also located here. From the entrance, you enter a hallway where you can access one of the house's 2 bathrooms, which is very large. It features a toilet, sink, shower, underfloor heating, and a hot tub, and the Spanish architectural style is evident here as well. Next to the bathroom is a bedroom with 1 double bed, and at the end of the hallway is another bedroom with 1 double bed. From the hallway, you enter the dining room/kitchen. The ceiling is high here, and from here there is access to the covered terrace. Large, beautiful kitchen with everything in service and cookware. There is an induction cooktop, built-in oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave, and a fridge/freezer. The dining room is furnished with a dining table and also features a wood-burning stove, which provides pleasant warmth even on cold days. From the dining room, there is access to the house's living room, which is furnished with comfortable leather furniture, flat-screen TV with fiber optic TV featuring Danish and German programmes. From the dining room, there is a small staircase up to the house's master bedroom with a double bed, and from here there is access to the second bathroom in the house, which features a toilet, sink, shower, and access to the house's sauna. From this bedroom, there is access to an open terrace from which you can enjoy the view over the dunes. From here, you reach via a staircase the large round terrace on top of the tower itself. Here the view is fantastic over the North Sea and the entire area around Vrist. If you have an electric car or a plug-in hybrid, there is a charging station with a Type 2 charging socket. Non-smoking house. 1 pet is allowed. House Surroundings The house is located on a dune ground right up against the dike at the North Sea and has one of the best locations in the area. The house has several terraces, and the one on ground floor level is covered, and here the Spanish style is fully expressed. Of course, there are garden furniture and a grill, and it is the perfect place to stay. Even when the temperature outside is high, this covered terrace is pleasantly cool. From the first floor, there is access to another terrace, and from here there is a lovely view of the dunes and the area. An external staircase leads up to the top of the tower where the last terrace is located, and from here you have a magnificent view over the North Sea and the entire Vrist area. From the house, it is only 50 m to the beach at the North Sea, which offers new experiences every day. There are many different activities you can do at the beach: swimming, bathing, fishing, collecting stones and amber, building sandcastles, flying kites, and much more. Within driving distance of the house is the fishing town of Thyborøn, a charming town with many good restaurants, shops, and attractions. Here you also have the best opportunities to buy fresh fish to take home. If you drive in the other direction, you come to the old market town of Lemvig, which also has several good shops and restaurants. There is also a lovely harbour promenade with a small playground for the youngest children.
