House furnishings
158 m2 large, spacious and beautifully furnished. The combined kitchen/living room with large windows that provide lovely light, here you will also find the house's beautiful wood-burning stove which contributes to a cosy warmth, there is also an extra TV so you can keep up with the news or stream from the internet (via Chromecast) while cooking etc. It is also possible to stream your own music via your phone on the speaker provided. The kitchen is equipped with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. From the kitchen/living room there is access to the house's large enclosed terrace which is quite private sheltered by surrounding bushes. It is equipped with sandpit, sun loungers, garden furniture and grill, the terrace also has a covered area. On the ground floor there is a large bathroom with toilet, sink, shower and underfloor heating as well as an extra guest toilet with sink and toilet. On the ground floor there are also 3 bedrooms (1 double with TV (with Chromecast), 1 double, 2 single). Large entrance with washing machine. Cot and high chair for the little ones. 1st Floor
Via the stairs at the end of the living room you go up to the 1st floor. Here there is a lovely large living room with a fantastic sofa with a view of the dunes at the North Sea and over the landscape. Enjoy the lovely furniture in the sofa together with the view of a beautiful sunset. Furthermore furnished with new modern leather furniture, small wood-burning stove, heat pump, flat-screen TV with Danish and German channels as well as a Chromecast. There is also an activity area with pool table and sofa group suitable for board games. Last but not least there is a lovely large bedroom (1 double + 1 single) as well as a desk with computer screen (HDMI) if there should be a need for working from home.

House surroundings
This beautiful holiday home is located on a natural plot in lovely surroundings with fine views of the area and the dunes. There is only 150 m to the roaring North Sea which offers many wonderful experiences. Good, enclosed terrace with garden furniture and gas grill. Ideal if you bring pets or children. There is a swing frame with sensory swing and a sandpit on the terrace for the little guests. If you want to experience something other than beach and water during your holiday you can take a trip to Lemvig which is only 15 minutes drive from the house, here you will find a lovely harbour promenade and a pedestrian street with good shopping opportunities. There is a free skate park and playground at the harbour in Lemvig.
