Combined kitchen/living room in light colours with natural light from the windows creating a very cozy atmosphere. Wooden floor in the living room and linoleum in the kitchen area. The living room is furnished with TV with Danish and German programmes, internet, wood-burning stove, heat pump, stereo system with CD and DVD. The kitchen is well-equipped and includes electric cooker, refrigerator with 40 l freezer compartment, extractor hood, microwave and dishwasher. Beautiful bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and washing machine and underfloor heating. For the little ones there is a high chair. 3 bedrooms: 1 double bed + 1 double bed + 2 single beds, the bedrooms also have wooden floors. 1 pet is allowed. The Area The house is located on a 2600 m2 natural plot within walking distance of the North Sea. From the living room there is access to a partially covered and enclosed terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers and grill. For the little guests there are swings and a sandbox. In the area there are good opportunities for long walks, cycling or running. If you want something different during your holiday you can visit Thyborøn or Lemvig which are only 10 minutes drive from the house. Both towns have good shopping facilities, restaurants and the opportunity to buy fresh fish. A lovely house for both couples and families. Non-smoking house
