House furnishingsThe house was built in 2011, made of wood and meets what you would expect from a modern holiday home. There are 2 large bedrooms with wardrobe space, a room with 2 single beds, and a large loft where there are 2 sleeping options. In addition, there is also a cot and a high chair in the house, as well as the option of setting up a safety gate around the wood stove. There is pleasant underfloor heating throughout the house. There is 1 bathroom and 1 guest toilet. In the large bathroom, there is a hot tub, sauna, shower cubicle, sink and toilet. Right next to it is the small guest toilet with sink, toilet as well as washing machine and tumble dryer. The living room has a kitchen, dining area and lounge, which are arranged in one large room, with nice furnishings. There is also the house's wood stove, which provides good warmth and cosiness when it is a bit cooler. The kitchen is well equipped with kitchenware and tableware and has a modern island, which makes it an easy conversation kitchen. There are, among other things, ceramic glass/induction hobs, microwave, built-in oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and separate freezer of 107 litres. The dining area has a dining table and chairs. The lounge has a lovely large sofa group and TV. Watch TV in Danish and German or stream your favourite series via the house's Chromecast. In addition, there is a Bluetooth speaker, CD and DVD player. In the bedrooms there are box mattresses with top mattresses and bed covers. All bedrooms have wardrobes for clothes. The house is heated with an air source heat pump. This makes the house very energy-friendly and halves the heating costs compared to a conventional holiday home. If you have an electric car or a plug-in hybrid, there is a charging box at the house for Type 2 connector, which can charge up to 11 kWh.

Here there are garden furniture, lounge furniture and 2 sun loungers, all with cushions, which are stored in the shed in a cushion box. There is also a cool grill and grill starter. There is also a smaller partially covered terrace in front of the house. Here the morning sun rises, which makes it lovely to sit and have morning coffee in the summer. It is only 250 metres to the North Sea and the wide beach, where there is always plenty of space for activities depending on the season. You can fish all year round and sunbathe in the summer. Kite flying is always possible and the little ones love building in the sand. Walks along the sea are also incredibly popular and here you can see some of the most fantastic sunsets over the North Sea.
