House layout:
This newly built holiday home is a full 110m2 and is particularly well-utilized with, among other things, a large kitchen/living room combined with the living room. It gives the feeling that as a family you are together regardless of whether one person is in the kitchen and the rest of the family lounges on the soft sofa. There is high ceilings, the house has vaulted ceilings, which helps make the house extra spacious. The large window section facing the dunes provides fantastic light and functions as a living painting.

In the well-equipped kitchen you will find all the facilities necessary to cook dinner, including electric ceramic hob, extractor hood, built-in oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and of course a dishwasher. The large dining table is placed in connection with the kitchen, from where you again have the fantastic view towards the dunes. The sofa area has a Smart-TV with both German and Danish programmes, and there is also fiber internet in the house.
On calm and sunny days it is possible to open up the large window section, so nature really comes in and becomes part of the house.
The house is furnished with two bathrooms, both equipped with toilet, sink, shower and underfloor heating. If you need some pampering, the large bathroom has a lovely hot tub. The holiday home has 4 good bedrooms: 1DS + 1 DS + 1DS + A family bunk bed where the lower part corresponds to a 140 cm double bed (see picture). In the house's entrance there is a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is underfloor heating in all rooms, which is supplemented by an air-to-air heat pump, which together helps optimize your utility costs. This is a non-smoking house and pets are not allowed.

House surroundings:
Ask yourself – Do I like raw West Jutland nature? If you can answer yes to this, then you have found the right place when you take a holiday at Hvilehjemsvej 21. The holiday home is well-located on a 1200m2 natural plot that is sufficiently elevated above ground level, which just makes the view towards the dunes even better. The large enclosed terrace means that you can let the children play freely.

With just 150 metres to the North Sea, you can both hear and feel it, it is a completely unique experience to live so close to the North Sea. There is direct access to the North Sea from the house via a small road and path, so you can be on the beach in just a few minutes.

Location:
The fantastic location cannot be described enough, the area is gently rolling and consists of natural plots, so you become one with nature. Hvilehjemsvej is a small closed road, meaning there is no through traffic of any kind, so peace and quiet are the keywords for this location. There is short distance to the local mini market, which is open in the summer season. For larger shopping there is just a couple of km. to Harboøre, where there are two larger grocery stores. The area is filled with activities such as mini golf, put and take and not least the fun park at Harboøre centre.
