Here you have a view of the dunes, the open landscape, and you can enjoy both your morning coffee and the evening sun in complete peace. **The house's layout** The moment you step into the house, you feel the calm atmosphere and thoughtful design. The spacious entrance welcomes you with plenty of room for jackets and boots after a long walk along the beach. From here you have access to a bright bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine and tumble dryer – all with pleasant underfloor heating. Connected to the entrance is also a cosy room with a bunk bed and direct access to a covered terrace, where you can enjoy the morning light sheltered and in peace. The heart of the house is the large, open living area, where the kitchen, dining area and lounge flow into one. Here there are high ceilings, large windows and plenty of natural light, and it is here that you truly feel the holiday home's special atmosphere. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need – and more – and is in open connection with the dining area and the inviting lounge, which is furnished with high-quality furniture and equipped with TV, Chromecast and both Danish and German channels. There is plenty of space for socialising, relaxation and cosiness – whether it's for a good film, a board game evening or simply enjoying the peace and the view. From the lounge there is access to the master bedroom with its own toilet/bathroom. The house also has a large bathroom with shower, toilet and sink, and from here there is also access to the house's indoor sauna. The direct access to the terrace from here makes it perfect to combine wellness with fresh sea air – for example a warm sauna followed by a break in a sun lounger under the open sky. When the day draws to a close, or the weather invites indoor cosiness, you can retreat to the wonderful garden room – one of the house's very special highlights. This enclosed garden room functions as an extra living space all year round and gives the feeling of being in the middle of nature, but with the comfort of the lounge. Large windows open out towards the dunes and the landscape, and inside there is an atmosphere of peace and presence. The room is furnished with an extra garden table and chairs, perfect for a quiet breakfast, a good cup of coffee in the afternoon sun or an evening with card games and candlelight, while darkness falls over the dune landscape outside. It is a room where time stands still – a place for togetherness, contemplation and views that take your breath away. Whether the sun is beating down or the wind is howling outside, it is a fantastic place to be – and for many it quickly becomes the house's favourite oasis. For the active family, the house also offers a separate activity room with an extra TV with Chromecast and where darts, table tennis and a pool table are ready for cosy tournaments and fun for young and old. In the activity room there is also a ladder to a cosy loft with a view of the dunes – perfect as a play corner for children, a quiet reading nook or screen time with yet another TV with Chromecast. There is also access to 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Mandatory final cleaning **The house's surroundings** The outdoor area is a central part of the holiday experience in this house, and the large terrace is arranged with both open and covered areas, so you can always find sun or shelter – depending on the weather. One of the highlights is the outdoor spa, which can be enjoyed both during the day with a view of the dunes and in the evening under the starry sky – a very special experience that invites pure relaxation and wellbeing. On the terrace there is a Weber electric grill. Here you can really feel how both body and mind find peace. If you have been fishing, you will also find a practical cleaning room in the shed on the terrace. Outdoors On the 1,200 m² of nature you will also find a fantastic "nature bowl" with a table and bench set. The feeling of being one with nature is always very special and although you feel far away from everything, there is only 350 metres to the nearest, cosy seasonal shop. The area around the house invites activity in nature – whether you feel like a run, a long bike ride or a quiet walk along the beach. On the beach you can fish, fly kites, build sandcastles or just let your thoughts fly with the wind in your hair. If you want some town life, both the fishing village of Thyborøn and the market town of Lemvig are just a short drive away, and here you will find shopping, restaurants, museums, attractions and playgrounds for children. You can also take the charming VLTJ train – a cosy and free train ride with beautiful views all the way.
