Here you get the perfect combination of luxury and nature – a holiday home where you can enjoy peace, the view and the fresh sea air all year round. **The house's layout:** The dream house is 120 m² plus an outbuilding with space for bicycles, garden furniture, firewood etc. The house is furnished with an eye for quality and cosiness. Already when you step into the entrance, you sense the calm atmosphere and the thoughtful interior design. In the entrance there is plenty of space for jackets and boots after a fresh walk on the beach. The heart of the house is the large, bright living room with cathedral ceiling, large window sections and views of the dunes. The large windows function almost like a living painting, where the light and nature constantly change expression. Kitchen, dining area and living room are in open connection with each other and form the setting for family gatherings. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need – electric ceramic hobs, built-in oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher – so delicious meals can easily be prepared here. The living room is furnished with good quality furniture and equipped with a large TV, Chromecast and both Danish and German channels. The wood-burning stove provides cosy warmth and a lovely atmosphere on cool evenings and together with an energy-efficient air-to-air heat pump, there is always a pleasant indoor climate and low consumption costs. The house contains four good bedrooms, all furnished with box mattresses that can be pushed together to form double beds or placed as single beds. In addition, an open loft with an extra TV – ideal for children and the young at heart. There are two beautiful bathrooms with shower, toilet and sink, both with underfloor heating. In the large bathroom there is also a bathtub and a washing column with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also direct access to the house's indoor sauna. From the large bathroom there is direct access to the terrace and just outside is the outdoor shower, which makes it perfect to combine a warm sauna with fresh sea air and a cold shower under the outdoor shower. The house has fibre internet and there is the possibility to charge an electric car or plug-in hybrid. This is a non-smoking house, and one pet is allowed. **The house's surroundings:** Outside awaits a lovely, fenced terrace where you can enjoy the sun all day. The terrace is equipped with good garden furniture, sun loungers and a grill, so the setting is perfect for both relaxation and cosy barbecue evenings. One of the house's major attractions is the outdoor spa – here you can enjoy wellness under the open sky with views of the dunes during the day and the starry sky in the evening. If you have been for a swim in the sea, you can rinse off in the outdoor shower and then warm yourself up in the indoor sauna. The plot is 1,200 m² and consists of natural, gently undulating natural ground with dunes and heather. On the plot there is also a swing set for the house's youngest residents. The location on the small, closed Hvilehjemsvej means that there is no through traffic – here peace, quiet and nature are paramount. Yet there is only 350 metres to the nearest seasonal shop, and in Harboøre, just a few kilometres away, you will find good shopping opportunities and several activities such as mini golf, put and take and Fun Park. **Location:** The area invites plenty of outdoor experiences. Take a run along the beach, a bike ride through the dunes or a quiet evening walk at sunset. On the beach you can fish, fly kites, build sandcastles or just enjoy the sound of the waves. If you fancy an excursion, both the fishing village of Thyborøn and the market town of Lemvig are within a short drive – here you will find good restaurants, shops, museums and experiences for the whole family. A trip on the cosy VLTJ train between Lemvig and Thyborøn is also worth experiencing.
