The house is situated with a fantastic view towards the dunes and only approximately 100 metres from the roaring North Sea. Here you get the perfect combination of cosiness and nature – a holiday home where you can enjoy the peace, the view and the fresh sea air all year round.

The house's layout:
The holiday home is 120 m². The house is bright and friendly furnished. Already when you step into the entrance, you sense the calm atmosphere and the thoughtful interior design. In the entrance there is plenty of space for jackets and boots after a fresh walk on the beach. The heart of the house is the large, bright living room with vaulted ceiling, large window sections and a view of the dunes. The large windows function almost like a living painting, where the light and nature constantly change expression.

Kitchen, dining area and living room are in open connection with each other and form the setting for family gatherings. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need – electric ceramic hobs, built-in oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher – so delicious meals can easily be prepared here. The living room is furnished with good quality furniture and equipped with a large TV, Chromecast as well as both Danish and German channels. The wood-burning stove provides cosy warmth and a lovely atmosphere on cool evenings and together with an energy-efficient air-to-air heat pump, there is always a pleasant indoor climate and low consumption costs.

The house contains four good bedrooms, all furnished with box mattresses that can be pushed together into double beds or arranged as single beds. In addition, a large loft – ideal for children and young at heart. There are two beautiful bathrooms with shower, toilet and sink, both with underfloor heating. In the large bathroom there is also a bathtub and washing column with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also direct access to the house's indoor sauna

The house has fibre internet. This is a non-smoking house, and one pet is allowed.

The house's surroundings:
The terrace is equipped with good garden furniture, sun loungers and a grill, so the setting is perfect for both relaxation and cosy barbecue evenings. One of the house's great attractions is the outdoor spa – here you can enjoy wellness under the open sky with a view of the dunes during the day and the starry sky in the evening. If you have been for a swim in the sea, a dip in the sauna barrel with a view of the dunes is absolutely perfect.

The plot is 1.200 m² and consists of natural, gently undulating natural ground with dunes and heather. The location on the small, closed Hvilehjemsvej means that there is no through traffic – here peace, quiet and nature are paramount. Yet there is only 350 metres to the nearest seasonal shop, and in Harboøre, just a few kilometres away, you will find good shopping opportunities and several activities such as mini golf, put and take and Fun Park.

Location:
The area invites plenty of outdoor experiences. Take a run along the beach, a bike ride through the dunes or a quiet evening walk at sunset. On the beach you can fish, fly kites, build sandcastles or just enjoy the sound of the waves. If you fancy an excursion, both the fishing village of Thyborøn and the market town of Lemvig are within a short drive – here you will find good restaurants, shops, museums and experiences for the whole family. A trip on the cosy VLTJ train between Lemvig and Thyborøn is also worth experiencing.
