The living room and kitchen are bright with large windows, which provide good natural light, open ceiling to the ridge. The living room is furnished with upholstered furniture, TV with Danish and German programmes. In the living room you can enjoy the warmth from the wood-burning stove or the heat pump, which helps reduce utility costs. Dining area is located close to the kitchen. Open and bright kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped and includes, among other things, a glass ceramic hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. 3 good bedrooms: 1 double bed + 1 double bed + 1 single bed. Laminate flooring throughout the house which is very easy to clean. Bathroom with toilet, sink, shower, washing machine, spa and access to sauna, tiled floor. Non-smoking house. Pets not allowed. House surroundings The house is located on a 1200 m2 well-maintained plot. From the house there is access to an open/partially covered terrace, where there are garden furniture and a grill. The garden furniture can be moved around on the terrace, so you can sit sheltered from the wind or in the sun. The house is located in the holiday area Vejlby Klit. Within a short walk from the house you reach the beach, where you can enjoy the roar of the North Sea. You can take long walks or lie and sunbathe, build sandcastles, collect seashells, fish and much more. In the Vejlby Klit area there are good cycling and hiking opportunities, for example you can take a walk around Ferring Lake. In high season you can shop locally at the grocer or enjoy a meal or a beer at the local cafe John Wayne. Lemvig and Thyborøn are about 10 minutes away by car from the house, where there are good shopping and shopping opportunities. There is an opportunity to buy fresh fish at the fishmonger or you can enjoy an ice cream or coffee at the harbour in both towns. The house is suitable for couples or the small family who wish to stay in a lovely house close to the North Sea.
