Lovely summer house located on a closed, quiet road close to the sea. The summer house is continuously renovated and upgraded with, among other things, several new pieces of furniture in 2022. There is a heat pump in the summer house, which ensures an environmentally friendly character and extremely cheap heating. The house is a non-smoking house and pets are not allowed. Here you live peacefully with easy access to the North Sea!

House layout
Living room and kitchen have wooden floors and are classically furnished as a summer house with vaulted ceiling. From the living room there is a large window section facing west, which both brightens up the living room but also brings nature and weather into the living room. The living room is furnished with lovely leather furniture and a wood-burning stove. In the living room there is a flat-screen TV with several German channels. Furthermore, there is free internet (fiber), DVD player, radio and CD player in the house.

The kitchen offers a glass ceramic cooktop, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There are 3 bedrooms in the house consisting of one room with a double bed and 2 rooms with 1 bunk bed and 2 single beds respectively. Furthermore, there is a cot in the house available for free use. The bathroom is clad with wood and features a shower, sink and toilet. From here there is also access to the house's sauna.

House surroundings
The summer house is located on a very quiet and peaceful dead-end road, where the roaring North Sea can be heard from the three different terraces, which are positioned so you get sun almost all day and evening. There are good opportunities for shelter, likewise on several sides of the house. There are comfortable garden furniture, as well as two sun loungers, grill and swing set for the children. Likewise, you are not far from the cycle path along Strandvejen from where you can take advantage of the area's many cycling opportunities. By all means also use the beach for swimming, kite flying, building a sandcastle or taking a long walk and finding peace of mind.
