This quality holiday home is situated on a 1,300 m² natural plot – just 100 metres from the impressive North Sea. Here you can enjoy both relaxation and nature experiences of the highest order. The spacious living room is well-appointed with a fireplace, stereo system with CD, colour TV with satellite dish (German channels only), video and DVD. The fireplace is positioned close to the dining area, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. There is also free internet access (bring your own computer). One of the house's highlights is the large wellness room with a four-person whirlpool, a cosy corner with colour TV and speakers, as well as direct access to the sauna and one of the house's two bathrooms – perfect for relaxation after a day by the sea! The house has two bathrooms. The large bathroom is fitted with toilet, sink, shower, tiled floor with underfloor heating and direct access to the sauna. The second bathroom has toilet, sink and shower. The kitchen is well-equipped with, among other things, a glass ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher and freezer. In the utility room you will find both a washing machine and tumble dryer as well as plenty of space for hanging clothes. There are four good bedrooms with the following distribution: Double bed + Double bed + Double bed + 1 bunk bed. For the youngest guests there is a cot, high chair, swings and sandpit. The house is also equipped with a heat pump that ensures a comfortable temperature all year round.
