A lovely utility room welcomes you, with plenty of space for hanging outerwear etc. From the utility room you enter directly into the living room which is beautifully furnished with good leather furniture, wood-burning stove and heat pump which both contribute to a lower energy bill, TV with German and Danish programmes as well as a Chromecast with the option to stream your own programmes via APPs, there is also a DVD, CD and radio. The living room has wooden floors and underfloor heating. Nice kitchen with electric cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The house has 2 good bathrooms with toilet, sink, shower and tiled floors with underfloor heating. From the entrance there is access to a lovely spa room with a spa, TV for streaming, washing machine and tumble dryer. The spa room has tiled floors with underfloor heating. The house is located on a 1340 m2 natural plot, just 200 m from the North Sea. Lovely large enclosed terrace with garden furniture and a windbreak wall. For the youngest guests there is a sandpit with a lid. The area in Vejlby Klit is suitable for hiking and cycling and the house's location so close to the North Sea offers many opportunities for beach activities, where you can swim, fly kites, fish, collect stones or amber, build sandcastles and much more. From the house you can drive to either the fishing village of Thyborøn or the market town of Lemvig where there are several restaurants, shops and activities. A lovely house with space for a large family or 2 families who wish to stay together in a beautiful area close to the North Sea.
