The house is quietly situated at the end of a dead-end road and just behind the first, broad dune ridge to the North Sea with the lovely sandy beach in Vejlby Klit. House layout 72 m2 stone house. Living room has views of the dunes and is furnished with upholstered furniture, TV with Danish and German programmes as well as the option to stream TV programmes / radio programmes / Apps via Chromecast. Radio and CD player as well as dining table and wood pellet stove (wood pellets can be purchased in the house). Kitchen area with cooker with glass ceramic hob and extractor hood. Refrigerator with freezer compartment is located in the hallway. Older, small bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. There are carpets in the living room and bedrooms. Pets not allowed. Non-smoking house. House surroundings The house is situated on approximately 1,677 m2 of undisturbed natural ground at the end of a dead-end road. There are 2 terraces. From the living room there is access to one of the terraces with garden furniture and grill and from the kitchen area there is access to a lovely morning terrace with garden furniture. From the grounds there is a path directly along to the dunes and on the other side awaits a broad beach and the North Sea with many possibilities. Here you can swim, sunbathe, walk, collect amber, fish or fly a kite. It is always a good start or end to the day to take a walk over the dune and enjoy the view. There are approximately 2,000 metres to the nearest shop, which is only open in the summer season or you can head the approximately 5.5 km to Harboøre where there is both Aldi and Brugsen, which by the way are open every day all year round. Enjoy an economical holiday in a simple holiday home with a fantastic location. Park the car and enjoy that for the rest of the holiday you can walk to the beach. Experience the roaring North Sea as everyday life offers new experiences. Take a walk or do your daily exercise along the sea, in the beautiful landscape or explore the many other possibilities in the area.
