The holiday home is situated on a 1.370 m² natural plot in peaceful surroundings with views of both the dunes and the artificial lake in the area – and only approximately 500 metres from the North Sea and the beach.

The house is furnished for 6 people and offers 103 m² of bright and modern accommodation, where large windows and light materials create an inviting and relaxing atmosphere. From the house you can enjoy the view of the artificial lake, which contributes to giving the area a particularly peaceful and beautiful natural feel.

House layout
The holiday home has a lovely living area, where the kitchen, dining area and lounge are combined in one open room. Here the whole family can gather after a day at the seaside. The cosy wood-burning stove creates extra atmosphere on cool evenings, while the energy-efficient air-to-water heat pump ensures a pleasant indoor climate.

The lounge is equipped with comfortable upholstered furniture, TV with both Danish and German channels, Apple TV and streaming options. The house has fibre internet, and from the living area there is also a view of the artificial lake in the area.

The modern kitchen is well-equipped with, among other things, ceramic hobs, extractor hood, built-in oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer, so cooking is easy and convenient.

The house has 3 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds:

2 rooms with double bed (180x200)
1 room with 2 single beds (80x200)
All rooms have wooden floors with underfloor heating, which provides pleasant comfort all year round.

The bathroom is fitted with a shower cubicle, toilet and sink as well as underfloor heating and tiled floor.

In addition there is a washing machine and tumble dryer, so you can enjoy your holiday without worries.

Outdoors
Outdoors awaits beautiful surroundings for relaxation. The holiday home has a partially covered and enclosed terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and a grill.

As a finishing touch you can enjoy your holiday in the house's outdoor wellness area with spa, sauna and outdoor shower – perfect after a day at the beach.

There is the possibility of charging an electric car via a standard socket on a power outlet.

Location
The holiday home is located in an attractive holiday area close to nature and the North Sea. The artificial lake in the area contributes to the cosy and beautiful natural atmosphere, and from the house there is a view of the lake. In summer you will find shops and restaurants only approximately 500 metres away, while there is year-round shopping approximately 6 km away.

Within walking distance of the house is Vejlby Sommerpark which offers, among other things, put and take, mini golf, ice cream shop/café and good play area with bouncy castle for the children.

All in all a modern, energy-efficient holiday home, where thought has been given to both comfort, quality and relaxation – perfect for a wonderful holiday at the North Sea.
