Bluetooth speakers and an extra TV make pool time even more entertaining.

The house is situated on a 1.407 m² natural plot at the end of a dead-end road – directly up to the dunes. From the garden there is a private path to the beach and a large, fenced terrace with new garden furniture, sun loungers and gas grill – ideal for families with children and guests with dogs. There are also swings, sandpit and climbing frame for the children.

With only 200 metres to the sea, you can take your morning coffee to the dunes or enjoy a refreshing dip. Afterwards you can warm up in the sauna and relax in the hot tub. In winter, the house is a cosy base with high ceilings and plenty of indoor comfort. There is also a charging station (Type 2) for electric cars and good parking facilities.
