The house is furnished with an open kitchen area and a cosy living room with clinker flooring. The kitchen area is equipped with a stove with induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and extractor hood. There are 3 good bedrooms in the house: 1 double bed, 1 double bed, 1 bunk bed. Cosy living area with upholstered furniture, TV only has Chromecast with the option to stream your own subscriptions and programmes - There are no Danish or German channels. In the living room there is also an open fireplace, and there is also a heat pump which helps to provide a lower consumption bill. Nice, smaller bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. From the large window sections there is good natural light and the view from the living room is absolutely fantastic towards the dunes by the North Sea. From the living room there is access to a partially covered and enclosed terrace. The house is a non-smoking house. 1 pet is allowed. The house also has access to Harboøre Centre, where you can use the various sports facilities. House surroundings The house is situated on a 2,536 m² natural plot, only 200 metres from the North Sea. There is a lovely, partially covered terrace with garden furniture, loungers and a grill. Here you are well protected from the wind and can enjoy outdoor life all year round. Vejlby Klit is a fantastic area, which is perfect for hiking and cycling trips. If you fancy something more than raw nature, both the harbour town of Thyborøn and the old market town of Lemvig are only a short drive away. Both towns offer many exciting activities, sights, good shopping opportunities and cosy restaurants.
