There are two terraces of which the main terrace is south-facing, where you have a view of the dunes and the path up to the beach. The other terrace is on the east side so here there is often shelter from the westerly wind. Both terraces have windbreaks for the wind. Garden furniture, grill and a sun lounger. The house is pleasantly far from the road, which is already sparsely trafficked. From here you can walk directly over the dune to the North Sea. Thus it is not far to beach activities such as swimming, kite flying, recreational fishing or hiking in the fresh air where you can sometimes get blown right through. Distance to Ferring Lake is 200 m and the North Sea waterline is only 250 metres from the house. Furthermore, the house is close to one of Western Jutland's most beautiful cycling / hiking routes which among other things offers the opportunity to see both lake and sea at the same time as well as close to shops and restaurants. The nearest grocer is only 250 metres away at Vejlby Torv which also offers a café. We also recommend a visit to the harbour town of Thyborøn 15 km north of the holiday home or the old market town of Lemvig 13 km to the east.
